Marc - Like the lay-out and flooring.  I'm a sucker for hardwood flooring:-)  And while I'm no expert on the area, seems like a heck of a good price to me.

Jan - Thank you, we've already had a couple of showings and I'm following up today for feedback on those.

Jason - I agree with you on the hardwood.  We priced it well.   It wasn't until afterwards that I had realized that it was the lowest per square foot and it's a really nice unit.
