I think its nice too.... but the most important factor is that it is in warmer weather than Chicago.  Its been a long winter.

Judy - For the next several days it's supposed to be in the mid 80's with lows in the md 60's, but later next week we'll have highs in the mid 60's with lows of about 40.  Go figure - but you got to love it.

Marc, great photos....you did a nice job on this flyer/listing! I love getting listings and doing all the "listing" stuff. We just got a new listing that we'll be working on next week. It think it is my favorite part about being a Realtor! I hope it sells quickly!
