Apopka is located in Central Florida just Northwest of Orlando straddling both Orange County and Seminole County. Great article Marc! Being a pilot, I'd like to also add, Apopka has it's own airport from which you can fly off to the Bahamas and return through customs at the Leesburg Airport just to the north! You can also purchase property to build your own hanger: http://www.orlandoapopkaairport.com/
